Question: I couldn’t find my destination
Answer: If you don’t see your desired destination, please send a suggestion to [email protected], and we’ll try to add it to our roadmap as soon as we can!

Question: I can’t find my interest
Answer: Feel free to let us know at [email protected] if there’s a specific interest you’re looking for, and we’ll try to add it for you as soon as we can!

Question: I can’t find the place/restaurant I want to visit
Answer: To explore more options for places and restaurants, please first check Alternatives > See more locations. If you still can’t find the one that you like, you can manually edit the trip to add that place / restaurant to your itinerary. You can also let us know at [email protected] if there’s a specific place or restaurant you’re looking for, and we’ll try to add it for you as soon as possible.

Question: I can’t login
Answer: Make sure you’re using the correct credentials and that your internet connection is stable. You can also use the "Reset Password" option if needed.

Question: How to reset my password?
Answer: Go to the Homepage, click on "Login," and then select "Reset Password." We’ll guide you through the rest!

Question: How many trips can I create?
Answer: You can create maximum 3 free trips (up to 4-day itinerary) for Free! Then if you wish to create trips longer than 2 days, you’ll need to upgrade to a premium account.

Question: What is common usage terms?
Answer: 20 trips per month is our common and reasonable limit for all users. To unlock this limit, premium users might contact us for specific cases.

Question: Where can I find and download the app?
Answer: The app will be available on Google Play and the iOS App Store later in 2024—keep an eye out for our release!

Question: Where can I contact support for other questions?
Answer: You can use the live chat feature on our homepage or contact support via email at [email protected]. We’re always happy to help!

Question: Which platforms are you supporting?
Answer: Currently, we have a web version available (for both desktop and mobile version), with plans for releases apps on Google Play and iOS in 2024.

Question: How do you handle my privacy?
Answer: You can find all privacy-related information at our Easytrip.ai privacy page.

Question: Can I use it for trips for big groups?
Answer: Absolutely! Just set the "Group" guest type, and the itinerary will be created specifically for larger groups.

Question: Why do I get redirected to another website to book tickets, tours, and hotels?
Answer: Easytrip.ai collaborates with trusted partners for bookings, so you will be redirected to them as we do not handle any bookings directly.

Question: Do you support flight booking?
Answer: No, we currently do not offer flight booking services.

Question: I can’t find my language
Answer: At the moment, Easytrip.ai is available in English only, but more languages will be added soon to accommodate more users!

Question: I want to report something about a place/restaurant
Answer: You can use the "Report a Bug" - "Feedback" feature, which is available in the Trip page > detail of each place/activity > Report button (!) . Let us know, and we’ll look into it!

Question: Why do I see only 2 days in my trip?
Answer: You need to create an account to access trips longer than 2 days. It’s free, and it’ll help you make the most out of your travel planning.

Question: Why do I see only 4 days in my trips?
Answer: For all free users, you can create and see your trips up to 4 days. To unlock this limit, you can upgrade your account to Premium user, which then allow you to create trips up to 10 days.
